PROGRAM SOLICITATION
A. ALCGENL 077/21
1. This message solicits candidates for United States Army
Sergeants Major Academy (USASMA). The purpose of this program is
to provide E-8 or E-7 members (above the cut for E-8 prior to the
selection panel) the tools to develop critical reasoning, creative
thinking, and decision-making skills. Graduates of the USASMA will
be placed in positions of significant responsibility directly
impacting Coast Guard missions, systems, and resources. Members
desiring a challenging career with a range of opportunities in
positions of increasing responsibility are encouraged to apply.
