RESULTS
1. The report of the Senior Education and Fellowship Program (Phase
I) Panel convened on 09 July 2021 recommending eligible captains on
the Active Duty Promotion List (ADPL) for selection to the Council
on Foreign Relations (CFR) program has been approved. Primary and
