SUBJ: 2021 COAST GUARD ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT
SURVEY (CG-OAS) - ISSUES
1. This message announces the launching issues for the 2021 Coast
Guard Organizational Assessment Survey (CG-OAS) which is
administered by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (U.S. OPM).
2. Due to firewall issues, email distribution of the 2021 OAS
Survey has only reached 42% of the CG Workforce. We are working
diligently with our partners at C5ISC, OPM, and DISA to get this
resolved as quickly as possible. While we have not received a
concrete time frame for resolution, we are working hard so members
receive their survey invitation by the end of next week. Also, the
survey open period is extended from August to September to
maximize members' participation.
