SUBJ: ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE 2021 COAST GUARD EXCHANGE SYSTEM (CGX)
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM WINNERS
1. I am pleased to announce the winners of the annual Coast Guard
Exchange System (CGX) Scholarship Program.  These scholarships are
awarded based upon academic achievements, accomplishments, interests,
and demonstrated leadership in both school and volunteer activities.
2. Two individuals were selected to receive a 2,000-dollar
scholarship:
   a. Lydia Sweeney, daughter of John Sweeney, USCG Commander, Ret.
   b. Quinlin Haglund, son of Evan T. Haglund, USCG Civilian,
      Associate Professor.
