James River - Hazard to Navigation Safety Zone

The Coast Guard has established a safety zone on the James River in Henrico, VA between Light 158 and Light 160 due to a submerged hazard to navigation in position 37-25.342'N 077-23.927'W. Vessels with a draft of 20 feet or more are prohibited from transiting the area without permission of the Captain of the Port. All other vessels should use caution when transiting the area. 

All vessels and persons inside the safety zone must comply with all lawful orders or directions given to them by the Captain of the Port or designated representative.
