Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, Port Allen - Morgan City Alternate Route Mile Marker (MM) 47: Grosse Tete Bridge Under Repair

Mariners are advised that the Grosse Tete HWY 77 bridge, located at MM 47 of the Port Allen - Morgan City Alternate Route, will be undergoing repairs that prevent its normal operation, limiting the bridge to manual openings only. 

Starting March 15, 2021, and extending through May 15, 2021, the bridge will be manually opened daily for marine traffic at the following times: 10:00 A.M until noon and 10:00 PM until midnight. At the end of each open period, the bridge will remain open until the vessel queue is empty.
