SUBJ:  GOOD ORDER AND DISCIPLINE DATA
1. The Good Order and Discipline data for the fourth quarter of
FY20 has been posted. This data, as well as the Good Order and
Discipline information for the last ten years, is available for
review on the Internet at:http://www.uscg.mil/Resources/Legal

cg0946/Military%20Justice/Good_Order_and_Discipline_Reports/.
2. The Good Order and Discipline data and summary is a compilation
of the disciplinary and administrative actions taken when Coast
Guard military and civilian employees fail to uphold the high
ethical, moral, and professional standards we share in the Coast
Guard. While the military and civilian systems are separate with
different procedures, rights, and purposes, the underlying
core values remain the same. Actions from both systems are included
to inform the Coast Guard community of administrative and criminal
enforcement actions.
