1. This ACN announces the promulgation of REFs (A) through (C) and
the subsequent cancellation of REF (D).
2. As part of the stand-up of the Assistant Commandant for Reserve
(CG-R), Reserve policy was reviewed and divided into Reserve
Component management policy under the authority of COMDT (CG-R) and
Reserve human resources policy under the authority of the Director
of Military Personnel (CG-13).
3. The distribution of Reserve policy included a review of the
contents of REF (D) resulting in the following distribution:
   a. REF (A) contains all policy previously located in
Chapters 1-4 and Appendix A of REF (D) and will be maintained by
COMDT (CG-R).
   b. REF (B) contains Electronic Based Distributed Learning policy
previously located in Chapter 8 of REF (D) and will be maintained
by COMDT (CG-R).
   c. REF (C) contains all remaining content and chapters of
REF (D) and will be maintained by COMDT (CG-13).
4. This message will be cancelled on 08 FEB 2022.
