SUBJ:  HALF-MASTING OF NATIONAL ENSIGN
A. U.S. Coast Guard Regulations 1992, COMDTINST M5000.3 (series)
1. As directed by the Department of Homeland Security Secretary,
the national ensign and DHS flag shall be lowered to half-mast
immediately and remain at half-mast until sunset February 09, 2021
in honor of Ronald Wright, a member of the United States House of
Representatives from Texas.
2. The national ensign and DHS flags shall be flown at half-mast on
all U.S. Coast Guard buildings, grounds, and vessels not underway.
3. Internet release is authorized.
