SUBJ: HALF-MASTING OF NATIONAL ENSIGN

B. Public Law, 103-308
1. As directed by the President of the United States, the national ensign
shall be flown at half-mast on Monday, December 7, 2020 from sunrise to
sunset in honor of National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.
2. The national ensign shall be flown at half-mast on all U.S. Coast Guard
buildings, grounds, and vessels not underway.
3. Internet release is authorized.
