1. This message announces an update to reference (A), PY21 Schedule of Officer Personnel Boards and Panels. 
   Reference (A) is available on CG Portal OPM Reference Library at the following link: https://cglink.uscg.mil/e0fbceaf. 
2. The following change has been made to the AY21 ADPL Captain Assignment Panel:   
   a. The AY21 Captain Assignment Panel will convene 14-16 December 2020.
