1. Per REF (D), the 2021 calendar year maximum monthly Commuter Transit Subsidy
Benefit will remain $270 dollars per eligible program participant per calendar month. 
2. All other aspects of the Commuter Transit Subsidy Benefits Program remain in
effect as outlined in REFs (A), (B) and (C).
