CHIEF (RFMC) SCREENING PANEL RESULTS FOR ASSIGNMENT YEAR 2021

1. IAW Refs A and B, Chief, Enlisted Personnel Management approved the report
of the Maritime Enforcement Specialist (ME) Rating Force Master Chief (RFMC)
Screening Panel convened on 10 November 2020.
2. The following member was found to be best qualified for assignment as the
next ME RFMC for assignment year 2021:

3. This ALCGENL constitutes notification for requesting voluntary
retirement in lieu of orders (RILO).  The member listed in paragraph 2 above has
5 business days from the DTG of this message to submit a memo to CG PSC-EPM
requesting to retire in lieu of assignment as RFMC.
4. The precept which convened this Panel and charged the Panel members with their
duties will be available on the CG PSC-EPM-1 Panel website. Although the proceedings
of the screening Panel, including its deliberations and criteria for selection,
cannot be disclosed to any person who was not a member of the Panel, Panel members
do have valuable information that can be shared regarding the general selection
process and its fairness and equity.
