5.  Members are reminded that, in order to remain eligible for this advanced training
opportunity, they must be in compliance with Ref C prior to and during the
entire period of the training. 
6.  The actual date of assignment to the training program will be coordinated
between the member, Program Manager, and appropriate Assignment Officer
during the AY21 assignment season. 
7.  IAW Ref A, members attending industry training will incur a minimum active duty
obligation of 18 months for short-term quotas and three years for one
year quotas. Obligated service begins upon completion of training.
