1. The officers listed (alphabetically) below meet the minimum
requirements for command screening IAW REFs A and B, or have been
granted a waiver.
2. These officers will be considered by the AY21 RSCSP:

3. Candidate eligibility will be updated as IDPL selection, retention,
and continuation results are released.

the guidance in paragraph 10.e. of REF B. Communications must include
signature and command endorsement, and must arrive at PSC-RPM NLT
23 Oct 20. E-mail communications via the chain of command to:
