1. DISCUSSION: References A through F announce bonus and workforce

increase in Sea Pay and Sea Pay table changes.  References C through
E announce community specific interventions (bonus pay) for Naval 
Engineering Officers, CYB10/Cyber Officers, and Afloat Officers.  
Reference B addresses the officer specific interventions.  Reference
F announces all Special Duty Pay and Assignment Pay. 
2. ACTION: Officers wishing to update their e-resume submission 
shall do so NLT 01 Oct 2020 and email the respective AO as the AY21 
slating is underway.
