A. Officer Accessions, Evaluations, and Promotions, COMDTINST M1000.3A
1. This ACN announces the promulgation of Change 11 to the Officer Accessions,
Evaluations, and Promotions, REF (A).
2. Change 11 to REF (A) updates various elements of policy, including:
   a. Chapter 1: Composition of Interview Boards updated.
   b. Chapter 1: Involuntary Termination of Cadet Appointment and Appeal
Authority.
   c. Chapter 3: CWO to LT Waiver/Appeal Authority added.
   d. Chapter 5: Prohibited comments updated.
   e. Chapter 6: Aviator Evaluation Board added.
   f. Chapter 7: Designation as Provisional/Permanent Reserve Program
Administrators updated.
3. No paper distribution of the revision will be made. REF (A) is available on
