SUBJ:  PROMULGATION OF THE CUTTER SCHEDULING STANDARDS
A. Cutter Employment Standards, COMDTINST 3100.5B
B. Cutter Scheduling Standards, COMDTINST 3100.5C
1. This ACN announces the cancellation of REF (A) and the promulgation of REF (B).
2. REF (B) provides guidelines for Coast Guard cutter scheduling, with
implementation at the start of fiscal year 2021.
3. REF (A) should be used up to 01 Oct 2020, and will remain available, along with
job aids in the form of a quick-reference guide and Excel planning tool, on the
COMDT (CG-751) CGPortal: https://cg.portal.uscg.mil/units/cg751/SitePages/Home.aspx.
4. New features in the Asset Logistics Management Information System (ALMIS)/
Electronic Asset Logbook (EAL) to record cutter Inport Activities, in accordance
with REF (B), will be available on 01 Oct 2020.
5. No paper distributions will be made of this Instruction. This Instruction is
