Coast Guard media availability to discuss plans for Hurricane Isaias preparations in Virginia

WHO: Capt. Samson Stevens, Sector Virginia Commander 

WHAT: The safety concerns and preparations related to the arrival of Hurricane Isaias

WHERE: Coast Guard Base Portsmouth, 4000 Coast Guard Blvd., Portsmouth, Va., 23703

WHEN: July 31, 2020, from 3 p.m. through 5 p.m. or Aug. 1, 2020, from 10:30 a.m. through 1 p.m.

Coast Guard Capt. Samson Stevens, commander of Coast Guard Sector Virginia, will be available to conduct media interviews on how the public and maritime community should prepare for the advance of Hurricane Isaias July 31, 2020, from 3 p.m. through 5 p.m. or Aug. 1, 2020, from 10:30 a.m. through 1 p.m.
