SUBJ: OFF-SEASON ASSIGNMENT SOLICITATION FOR CGC CGC CUTTYHUNK AND CGC SEA DEVIL
COMMANDING OFFICER SCREENING PANEL RESULTS
A. ALCGOFF 097/20 (OFF-SEASON ASSIGNMENT SOLICITATION FOR CGC SEA DEVIL COMMANDING OFFICER)
B. ALCGOFF 100/20 (OFF-SEASON ASSIGNMENT SOLICITATION FOR CGC CUTTYHUNK COMMANDING OFFICER)
1. The results of the CWO Special Command Screening Panel (CWOSCSP) for CGC CUTTYHUNK and CGC SEA DEVIL have been approved. The following members listed alphabetically have been found to be best qualified among those eligible for assignment to command of CGC CUTTYHUNK and CGC SEA DEVIL:
   A.  Afloat: (03 Selected for 02 Commands):
        1) BOSN2 Dawalt, Phillip R. 
        2) BOSN2 Garver, Daniel B
        3) BOSN2 Pollard, Sam
2. Members should understand that screening does not guarantee
assignment to command. As always, the needs of the service will
guide actual assignments and members screened may rotate into
other important non-command billets where their experience will
best serve the Coast Guard.
3. The precept which convened this panel and charged the members
with their duties, along with other pertinent CWOSCSP info is
available on CG Portal in the PSC-OPM-2, CWO Notes. Members who
do not have connectivity to the internet may contact
CWO3 Bryan Kaseman, Bryan.m.kaseman@uscg.mil, to receive this
information via email.
4. The proceedings of a screening panel, including its
deliberations and criteria for selection, cannot be disclosed to
any person who was not a member of the panel. Questions
