1. This ACN announces the promulgation of REF (A) and the subsequent cancellation of REF (B).
2. REF (A) clarifies existing policies and incorporates new policies in addition to
those changes previously announced in REF (C).
3. There will be no hardcopy distribution of this Manual.
4. REF (A) is posted on the COMDT (CG-612) web site at:
