1. This ACN modifies the effective dates promulgated in REF (A), reissues REF (B),
and cancels REFs (C) and (D) effective 30 SEP 2020.
2. Due to COVID-19 and its effects on ability to maintain readiness, the Body
Composition Pilot Program outlined in REF (A) has been extended to 30 NOV 2020.
Paragraph 7 of REF (A) is modified to read "When performing any required body
composition screening per REF (C) between 01 APR 2020 and 30 NOV 2020, personnel
must adhere to the procedures listed in this message and in the Body Composition
Screening Desk Guide, which can be found at:
https://dcms.uscg.mil/military/Body-Composition-Program/.
3. REF (B) is reissued, with a new cancellation date of 30 NOV 2020. All policies
and standards in REF (B), not specifically addressed in this ACN, remain in effect
until the cancellation date.
4. REFs (C) and (D), which temporarily suspended body composition screenings, are
cancelled effective 30 SEP 2020. Body composition screening will resume on
01 OCT 2020 in accordance with REFs (A), (B) and (E). 
5. Policies and standards in REF (E), not specifically addressed in this ACN,
remain unchanged.
