SUBJ:  AY21 SENIOR COMMAND SCREENING PANEL (SCSP) INITIAL CANDIDATE LIST
A. ALCGOFF 075/20, AY21 SENIOR COMMAND SCREENING PANEL (SCSP) PROCESS
1. The AY21 SCSP application period is now closed.  OPM-2 has posted the SCSP initial
candidate list in the following location:  http://cglink.uscg.mil/ce3ab76d.  Assignment
Officers continue to process applications and waiver requests for each command type. 
Updates to the initial candidate list will be posted at the close of each week.  PSC-OPM
will review applications and adjudicate waiver requests through 31 July 2020.
