A. PY20 Schedule of Officers Personnel Board and Panels, PSCNOTE 1401
1. This message announces updated COVID-19 schedule impacts to Enclosures (1) and 
(2) of reference (A), the PY20 Schedule of ADPL and IDPL Officer Personnel Boards 
and Panels. Reference (A) is available on CG Portal OPM Reference Library at the 
following link: https://cglink.uscg.mil/e0fbceaf.
2. The following ADPL and IDPL Boards and Panels have been rescheduled as follows: 
a. ADPL: The PY20 CWO Appointment Board will convene 18 – 22 May 2020 (originally
scheduled for 30 Mar – 10 Apr 2020).
b. IDPL: The PY20 CWO Appointment Board will convene 22 – 26 Jun 2020 (originally 
scheduled for 13 – 17 Apr 2020).
