SUBJ: MILITARY RECORDS SHARED MAILBOX TRANSITION
A. ALCGPSC 044/20
1. The Military Records Section has transitioned from the use of public
folders to a shared mailbox platform and will no longer use the public folder
functions in Microsoft Outlook.
2. Transition to this new process will be seamless to the workforce at large. 
All Servicing Personnel Offices and Admins should update their processes in
sending member records to be uploaded to a members EIPDR or Official Military
Personnel File (OMPF).
3. All documents that required upload to a member’s OMPF shall now be sent to
HQS-SMB-CGPSC-BOPS-MR-SPOSupport@uscg.mil.
4. This change is effective immediately for all future requests.  All
previous requests do not need to be resubmitted.
5. Any member that requires a copy of their OMPF should refer to the website
directions located at https://www.dcms.uscg.mil/ompf.
