1. The 2020 Register of Officers, PSCINST M1427.1K has been posted to the CG
Portal at http://cglink.uscg.mil/ea2ea20f and to CG-1’s internet site at
https://www.dcms.uscg.mil/Our-Organization/Assistant-Commandant-for-Human-
Resources-CG-1/Personnel-Service-Center-PSC/Officer-Personnel-Management-PSC-
OPM/.
2. Members should submit notice of discrepancies (i.e., name changes as a
result of marriage or divorce) not reflected in the 2020 Register of Officers
via email to LT Sara Pepin, Sara.E.Pepin(at)uscg.mil.  Upon notification, the
Register’s database will be updated and the name change will be reflected in
the 2021 Register of Officers.
3. The POC for the ADPL, PCT, Band and RPA Officers is: Ms. Carol Phillips,
Carolyn.A.Phillips(at)uscg.mil.  The POC for IDPL Officers is: Ms. Rose Lord,
