1. This message announces COVID-19 schedule impacts to Enclosures (1) and (2) of 
reference (A), the PY20 Schedule of ADPL and IDPL Officer Personnel Boards and 
Panels. Reference (A) is available on CG Portal OPM Reference Library at the 
following link: https://cglink.uscg.mil/e0fbceaf
2. COVID-19 Impacts: This message outlines the impacted Boards and Panels due to 
COVID-19 dynamics. The following ADPL and IDPL Boards and Panels are postponed 
until further notice. PSC is actively working alternative plans for these 
proceedings. Updated convening dates or execution strategies will be communicated 
in a future update.
3. ADPL cancellations: PY20 CWO Appointment Board (originally scheduled for 30 Mar 
– 10 Apr 2020); MIT Seminar XXI Panel (originally scheduled for 27 Mar 2020).
4. IDPL cancellations: PY20 CWO Appointment Board (originally scheduled for 13 – 17 
Apr 2020; Reserve Masters of Science in Strategic Intelligence Panel (originally 
scheduled for 21 – 23 Apr 2020); Regular to Reserve Panel (originally scheduled for 
22 Apr 2020).
