PPC Call Center Reduced Staffing U.S. Coast Guard no topic Update

Due to the coronavirus, the PPC Call Center will reduce on-site staff beginning Monday, 23 March 2020.  This may result in longer than expected phone wait times.  The phone number for PPC Customer Care is 1-866-772-8724.

As a reminder, you can submit a trouble ticket by emailing PPC at PPC-DG-CustomerCare@uscg.mil.  Members with access to CG Portal can also submit an online trouble ticket form found at https://cg.portal.uscg.mil/units/ppc/SitePages/Contact%20Us.aspx
