1. All members are highly encouraged to pursue at least one Special Assignment
during their career. These career broadening assignments provide members
valuable opportunities to represent their Ratings, network, and learn about
other operational and mission support activities, making them ideal candidates
for future assignments to highly visible leadership and management positions
(e.g. Silver Badge, OIC, School Chief).
2. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting for the following Recruiter position:

3. Eligibility requirements: All active duty E6 above the cut for E7, E7,
E8, and E9 members tour complete in AY20, AY21 and AY22 who meet the minimum requirements outlined in Art. 1.E.2 and 1.E.7 of Ref (a) are encouraged to apply.
4. Members with folliculitis are eligible to apply.
5. The expected report date is OOA 01 JUL 2020.
6. Prospective applicants should be energetic, demonstrate infallible
character and professionalism, and have strong leadership skills. The
Recruiting Duty Plans & Training position helps in defining and enforcing
policies and procedures that impact Recruiter Training and strategic decisions
in the Recruiting Program.
7. Process/timeline:
a. NLT 12 MAR 2020: Standard application package. The application package
should be emailed to: HQS-SMB-PSC-EPM-2-SpecialAssignments@uscg.mil. Commands
must address backfill concerns and acceptability of a gap in their endorsement.
b. OOA 17 - 20 MAR 2020: CGRC interviews applicants.

Assignments Officer.
