1. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting for the following YNC critical vacancy:

This position serves as an administrative staff assistant and military
advisor for Senior Coast Guard leadership and DHS.
2. Assignment to the DDE - DHS position is a unique opportunity
to represent the Coast Guard and strengthen partnerships with DHS
and other stakeholders. To be successful, the YNC selected must
be service-oriented, have outstanding work ethic, able to work
independently, and possess excellent administrative skills.
3. Selected member will have a report date OOA 01 May 2020.  
4. Interested candidates should submit an e-Resume with a command
endorsement IAW reference (A), including backfill requirements NLT
11 Mar 2020. 
5. Command endorsement should address the candidate’s performance
and ability to serve in this position which requires an exceptional
service record for high-profile engagement throughout the Coast Guard
and DHS.
6. If there are no volunteers, all YNC’s in a paygrade mismatched
positions, and YN1’s above the cut for YNC will be considered.
7. Members in receipt of AY20 PCS orders are not eligible to apply.
