Unified command to hold press briefing for vessel collision near Galveston Jetties 

HOUSTON — The unified command is scheduled to hold a press briefing Thursday to discuss search and rescue efforts and vessel recovery operations related to the collision that occurred near the Galveston Jetties in Galveston, Texas.

WHO: Cmdr. Eric Carrero, federal on-scene coordinator from Marine Safety Unit Texas City, Cmdr. Jordan Baldueza, search and rescue mission coordinator from Sector Houston-Galveston, Mr. Trey Trahan, state on-scene coordinator from Texas General Land Office, and Mr. Harry Stark, Pappy’s Pride’s insurance underwriters representative.

WHEN: Thursday, Jan. 16, 2020 at 3:30 p.m.
