SUBJ: RESERVE OFF-SEASON CRITICAL FILL SOLICITATION FOR BASE MIAMI BEACH
SENIOR RESERVE OFFICER (SRO)
A. Reserve Policy Manual, COMDTINST M1001.28 (series)
1. An Off-season assignment opportunity exists for a Reserve Commander at
the following location:

2. Officers who are not tour complete shall obtain a command endorsement that
addresses early departure, backfill requirements, and acceptability of a
potential gap.
3. Reserve Commanders currently in play for AY20 assignment should amend their
current e-resume to include this position if desired.
4. This assignment is standard tour length as described in REF A.
5. Interested applicants shall submit an e-resume through Direct Access
NLT 27 JAN 20. Due to Direct Access limitations, any previously submitted e-
resumes will not be visible to assignment officers. An e-mail request will be
accepted if a member cannot provide an e-resume.
6. Effective report date will be OOA 1 MAR 20.
