Slowest Safe Speed Request at MM 186 (18 & 19 DEC)

 The M/V RAY V1 is requesting vessels transit at slowest safe speed on 18 & 19 December between 0700 and 1800 daily at MM 186 AHP.  The M/V RAY V1 will be conducting pile driving operations at the Honeywell Dock, MM 186 AHP on the Left Descending Bank. The M/V RAY V1 will be monitoring VHF-FM Ch-67 for additional information.
