1. This ACN announces the cancellation of Federal Supply Catalog Group 89
(Stock List), COMDTINST 99999.
2. This Directive is outdated and was published on 01 DEC 1985. The lasting
policies from this Manual will be published in the Coast Guard Subsistence Manual,
COMDTINST M4061.5B which will be promulgated within one year of this ACN.
