1. The Secretary has approved the temporary separations report
recommending the following officers for a Reserve commission:
a. Officers separating under the policy in REF A:

2. Officers listed above desiring assignment in the Ready Reserve 
(SELRES) or (IRR), must submit all documents in Paragraphs 2.a and 2.b via email to CG PSC-RPM-1 at: arl-smb-cgpsc-rpm-tempsep@uscg.mil, with the subject line: “TEMPORARY SEPARATION NOVEMBER 2019”. Documents must be received no later than 60 days after release of this message. Packages must be complete and accurate. Officers who do not submit both documents or do so more than 60 days after the release of this message will result in cancellation of the TEMPSEP agreement, and the member will be permanently separated from the Coast Guard.
a. DD Form 2697: This form must be completed by a Coast Guard Medical Officer stating in block 20 that the officer meets medical retention standards in accordance with Ch. 3.F of REF B.
b. Administrative Remarks (CG-3307): Members shall complete a CG-3307-AT-10D (SELRES) or CG-3307-AT-10A (IRR) which may be downloaded at: https://www.dcms.uscg.mil/ppc/pd/page7/.
3. Once the DD-2697 and CG-3307 have been received and verified, RPM-1 will send TEMPSEP officers the Oath of Office. TEMPSEP officers will be accessed into the Reserve by their local SPO upon temporary separation.
4. All officers above who affiliate with the Reserve are required
to execute a Reserve Oath of Office effective on the date immediately following their last day of active duty. The executed Reserve Oath of Office must be received by RPM-1 at the email address listed in Para 2, NLT 14 days after their temporary separation date. Failure to meet the deadline will result in cancellation of the TEMPSEP agreement and the member will be permanently separated from the Coast Guard.
5. Officers who expect to be in zone during the next promotion year shall contact RPM-1 immediately. To be considered for promotion, accession into the Reserve Component must be completed prior to the selection board convening date.
6. TEMPSEP members' primary POC is their local SPO during the transition period. Other POCs:
