SUBJ: CRITICAL FILL SOLICITATION - YN1 - USCGC VIGOROUS

1. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting for the following critical vacancy:

2. Selected member will have a report date OOA 20 FEB 2020
3. Interested candidates should submit an e-Resume with command
endorsement IAW reference (a), including an endorsement for
independent duty and backfill requirements, by COB 20 NOV 2019.
4. Members and Commands should review art 1.C.16 of reference (a)
for assignment criteria for independent duty positions.
5. If there are no volunteers, all YN1s in paygrade mismatched
positions and YN2s above the cut for YN1 will be considered.
6. As a reminder candidates should ensure their EI-PDR is complete
and accurate (e.g. CG-4082, CG-3307s, awards, and academic
transcripts). Members can request a copy of their official record
by submitting a signed CG memo to CG PSC via email at
ARL-PF-CGPSC-MR_CustomerService@uscg.mil. Members are also
encouraged to review their ESS in CGBI. The ESS provides a
consolidated view of their information as it appears in Direct
Access. This serves as a means for every Coast Guard member to
review their personal data and to ensure the information in Direct
Access is up to date and accurate.
