1. IAW Refs A thru G, the Leadership Special Assignment Positions (LSAP) Screening
Panel convened 08 October 2019.
2. The screening list can be viewed on the CG PSC-EPM-2, Enlisted Special
Assignments CG Portal site at https://cg.portal.uscg.mil/units/psc/psc-epm/SitePages/Special.aspx.
The list is sorted alphabetically by last name. The Special Assignments Officer
will contact members in accordance with the Panel’s results and known vacancies
to be filled.  Members shall not engage their respective assignment officer to
seek a release from rate as this evolution will be handled by the Special
Assignments Officer. Each screened selectee will receive an e-mail from the
Special Assignments Officer stating whether or not they have been selected
for a LSAP assignment. Those selected and released from rating will be
given e-resume instructions including deadlines.
3. Successful screening does not guarantee a LSAP assignment. 
4. The number of candidates screened for each position is listed below.
A. Academy Company Chief: 5
B. Assistant Battalion Commander: 2
C. Recruit Company Commander: 34
D. CPO Academy School Chief: 3
E. CPO Academy Assistant School Chief: 4
F. CPO Academy Instructor: 14
G. LAMS Instructor: 8
H. OCS Company Chief: 2
5. The Precept which convened this Panel and charged the members with their
duties will be available on the PSC-EPM-1 CG Portal website at
