1. The below zone candidate pool for PY20 RPA CAPT Selection detailed in reference (a) is hereby amended to consider CDRs with a date of rank on or before 1 July 2016, in parity with PY20 ADPL CAPT eligibility outlined in enclosure 1 of reference (b).
2. The following RPAs, listed alphabetically by last name, are below zone for selection to CAPT, one may
be selected:
