Effective immediately, the Captain of the Port New Orleans (COTP) rescinds the enforcement of the Hurricane Regulated Navigation Area (RNA) East (the Inner Harbor Navigational Channel south from the Seabrook Flood Gate to the IHNC Lock, and from the IHNC west through the GIWW to MM 22) and Harvey Canal (MM 0 to LaPalco Bridge). 

Mariners be advised that, although the Lake Borgne Surge Barrier is open, the Seabrook Complex near Lake Pontchartain remains closed.  Updates will be sent via MSIB and/or Broadcast Notice to Mariners.

This Marine Safety Information Bulletin supersedes Volume XIX Issue 045 (Regulated Navigation Area Enforcement, dated July 10, 2019).
