1. This ALCOAST resolicits candidates for Coast Guard advanced education opportunities
sponsored by DCMS to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to exercise Coast Guard
technical authority, lead people, and manage programs. Graduates of these advanced
education programs will be placed in positions of significant responsibility directly
impacting Coast Guard missions, systems, resources, and people. Members desiring a
challenging career with opportunities to serve in positions of increasing responsibility
are strongly encouraged to apply.
2. To ensure that all eligible members have the time to apply for these opportunities,
the application deadline has been extended for the programs listed below to the dates
indicated. Members who have already submitted applications do not need to reapply.
