Coast Guard, partner agencies to hold media briefing for Fourth of July boating safety

WHO:  Coast Guard Station Miami Beach, Coast Guard Auxiliary, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Biscayne National Park, Miami-Dade Marine Patrol, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, City of Miami Fire Rescue and Miami Beach Police Department.

WHAT:  Press briefing about speed restrictions in expanded regulated navigation area for Fourth of July; and safe boating practices during Operation Dry Water weekend.

MIAMI — The U.S. Coast Guard along with maritime partner agencies are scheduled to hold a media briefing Wednesday to remind the public about boating safety and speed restriction enforcement during the Fourth of July weekend in Miami.
