1. This ACN announces the promulgation of REF (A) and the cancellation of
REFs (B) and (C).
2. The Coast Guard Supplement to the JTR Instruction establishes policies, assigns
responsibilities, and prescribes procedures concerning the eligibility and
requirements for travel and transportation allowances. Additionally, it identifies
the conditions for entitlement, the restrictions on authorization, and the payments
to be implemented.
3. No paper distribution will be made of REF (A). It is available electronically
