TACTICS, TECHNIQUES, AND PROCEDURES (TTP), CGTTP 4-11.17
A. Coast Guard Dining Facility (CGDF) Administration Management Tactics, Techniques,
and Procedures (TTP), CGTTP 4-11.17
1. REF (A) is promulgated and shall be reviewed by all culinary specialists (CS)
and finance and supply chief warrant officers (F&S) serving as food service
officers (FSOs) ashore or afloat.
2. This publication provides detailed guidance for FSOs and those serving as
independent FSOs. In addition, the CGDF TTP can be used to enhance on-the-job
training by providing standardization and procedural guidance within the CS
community.
3. The official electronic version of REF (A) is maintained by Force Readiness
Command Training Division (FC-T) within the TTP library. The TTP library can be
accessed by navigating to CGPortal, selecting 'Training & Education,' then
selecting 'Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures.'
