SUBJ:  PREVENTING AND ADDRESSING WORKPLACE HARASSMENT TRAINING
1. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has mandated "Preventing and
Addressing Workplace Harassment Training" for members of all DHS components
to be completed by July 15, 2019.
2. Coast Guard members must complete the training online via
https://elearning.uscg.mil. Any unit having personnel who cannot access
the module online may assign a unit trainer to conduct an in-person
presentation. The unit Training Officer must then update the Learning
Management System with names of members who received the training.
3. Completion by all hands is required and should be monitored by the unit
Training Officer.

5. Internet release is authorized.
