Minimum Safe Speed ICW MM 7 to MM 9 WHL

The Coast Guard is responding to a report of a sunken vessel on the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) at Mile Marker (MM) 8 West of Harvey Locks (WHL). Vessels transiting the ICW between MM 7 to MM 9 WHL are requested to do so at slowest safe speed to minimize wake between MM 7 to MM 9 WHL.
