1. Commander, Personnel Service Center, has approved the report of the IDPL
Designation Panel convened on 6 February 2019, IAW REFs A through C.
2. The Panel did not select any Reserve officers for retention and placement on
the IDPL.
3. The Panel's membership and units are:
