Update: MSIB XIX Issue 019 Temp safety zone time change
U.S. Coast Guard sent this bulletin at 02/28/2019 12:52 PM EST
The Safety Zone enforcement announced in MSIB 019 will be enforced from 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. on March 4, 2019, as opposed to the original time of 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
