SUBJ: CRITICAL FILL SOLICITATION - HS2 USCGC OAK
A. Military Assignments and Authorized Absences, COMDTINST M1000.8A
1. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting for the following HS2 critical vacancy:

2. Selected member will have a report date OOA 01 JUN 19 with the
IDHS competency or OOA 15 AUG 19 if IDHS "C" school is required.   
3. Interested candidates should submit an e-Resume with a command
endorsement IAW reference (A), including backfill requirements NLT
15 MAR 19.  Members without the IDHS competency will attend the
IDHS class beginning 29 APR 19 with a graduation date of 02 AUG 19.
4. Members and Commands should review Chapter 1.C.16 of
Reference (A) for assignment criteria for Independent Duty
positions. 
5. If there are no volunteers, all HS2s in a paygrade mismatched
position and HS3s above the cut for HS2 will be considered.
6. As a reminder candidates should ensure their EI-PDR is complete
and accurate (e.g. CG-4082, CG-3307s, awards, and academic
transcripts). Members can request a copy of their official record
by submitting a signed CG memo via e-mail to
ARL-PF-CGPSC-MR_CustomerService@uscg.mil. Members are also
encouraged to review their ESS in CGBI. The ESS provides a
consolidated view of their information as it appears in Direct
Access. This serves as a means for every Coast Guard member to
review their personal data and to ensure the information in Direct
Access is up to date and accurate.
