ALCGOFF 009/19 SUBJ: OFF-SEASON CAPT SOLICITATION FOR COMMANDING OFFICER, CGC MIDGETT (WMSL-757) 1. An off-season CAPT assignment opportunity exists for a Captain or Captain (select) to serve as Commanding Officer, CGC MIDGETT (WMSL-757). The position number is 19376699. The anticipated report date is spring 2019. 2. Interested officers should apply via Direct Access by COB 21 Feb 2019. Requests for consideration must include a command endorsement(via email) from the first flag in the applicant’s chain of command addressing backfill requirements and the acceptability of a potential gap. In addition, members in receipt of AY19 PCS orders must include a command endorsement via e-mail from the first flag in the chain of command ordered into. 3.
