SUBJ:  ANNUAL MEETING OF THE CHIEF WARRANT AND WARRANT OFFICERS ASSOCIATION
A. Military Assignments and Authorized Absences, COMDTINST M1000.8 (series)
1. The Coast Guard Chief Warrant and Warrant Officers Association (CWOA) will
hold its annual meeting 3 April through 5 April 2019 at the Embassy Suites
Hotel in Ashburn, VA.
2. This year’s meeting will celebrate the Association’s 90 years of fostering
leadership and professional development of the CWO corps.
3. As operational commitments permit, commanding officers are authorized to
grant administrative absences IAW REF (A) to allow members to attend the meeting.
4. Members desiring to attend should submit a registration form to the CWOA
office. You can obtain the registration form by contacting the Association at:
